Our 90-Day Return Promise
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 90 days of delivery — no questions asked (well, maybe just your order number!).
- Items Eligible for Return
Toys must be unused and in original packaging - Products must be in resalable condition
- You’ll need the receipt or order number to process your return
- Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Toys without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (only if marked as such)
How to Make a Return or Exchange
Email our team at support@toptoyland.com.
Follow Instructions: We’ll provide simple return instructions and the return address.
Pack and Ship: Carefully pack your item and send it back.
Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or ship the exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refund Details:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive your return
Return Shipping Info:
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping.
For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
